ABOUT CLARIFOUND

Practical thinking for a clearer digital presence.

ClariFound was created to help small service businesses make better sense of their digital visibility.

The aim is simple: understand the business first, identify what is getting in the way, and improve the parts of the digital presence that matter most.

Clear thinking. Practical support. Better digital decisions.

WHY CLARIFOUND

Digital activity should make the business clearer — not busier.

Small businesses are often told they need to post more, join another platform, rebuild their website or invest in another digital tool.

Sometimes those things are useful. Sometimes they are not the real problem.

ClariFound was created around a different starting point: understand what is happening first.

That means looking at how the website, Google presence, social profiles, content and enquiry routes work together, identifying where customers may be experiencing confusion or friction, and then deciding what genuinely deserves attention.

Understand

Look at what's actually happening accross your digital presence

Prioritise

Improve

Clarity

A clearer digital presence that helps the right people find you, undertsand you and take the next step.

The goal is not more digital activity. It is a digital presence that makes it easier for the right people to find the business, understand it and take the next step.

BEHIND CLARIFOUND

Business experience first.
Digital capability built on top.

Before creating ClariFound, I spent years working in client relationships, commercial account management and service delivery — understanding businesses, identifying problems, coordinating solutions and making sure the work delivered something useful.

That experience shaped how I approach digital visibility today.

I don’t start with a platform, a content calendar or a predetermined package. I start by asking what the business is trying to achieve, what is getting in the way and where the biggest opportunity for improvement sits.

Alongside that commercial experience, I have developed my knowledge through training in digital marketing and AI-assisted optimisation, giving me the tools to translate that problem-solving approach into practical digital work.

The combination matters: understand the business problem first, then use the right digital tools to help solve it.

HOW WE WORK

A few principles shape every piece of work.

ClariFound principles: clarity before activity, business first, useful over impressive, evidence with context and client cont

Good digital support should leave a business

clearer about what it has, why it matters and what to do next

The relationship should make your digital presence easier to manage — not make you dependent on the agency.

WORKING TOGETHER

Professional support without unnecessary complexity.

ClariFound is designed to work collaboratively with small businesses, without making the process feel more technical or complicated than it needs to be.

You should know what is happening, what has been agreed and where responsibility sits. Where access to websites, profiles or other digital systems is needed, the aim is to use appropriate delegated access while keeping your core accounts and assets under your control.
