OUR APPROACH

Understand first. Improve with purpouse.

Digital visibility isn’t improved by simply doing more.

ClariFound starts by understanding your business, reviewing how your current digital presence works and identifying what is helping — and what may be getting in the way.

From there, we prioritise what deserves attention, make purposeful improvements and use the available evidence to decide what should happen next.

ClariFound process: understand, review, prioritise, improve, measure and refine.

No predetermined solution. No activity simply for the sake of activity.

01 — UNDERSTAND

Start with the business, not the platform.

Before recommending a website change, a new content plan or another digital tool, ClariFound first needs to understand what the business is trying to achieve.

That means looking at the business itself: what you offer, who you are trying to reach, how customers currently find and choose you, what actions you want them to take and where you feel things are not working as they should.

Business-centred digital visibility review covering customers, goals, offer, enquiries, resources and current activity.
What we may explore
  • Your services and priorities

  • The customers you want to reach

  • How new customers currently find you

  • How enquiries or bookings currently happen

  • What you have already tried

  • What seems to be working — and what doesn’t

  • Your immediate challenges and longer-term objectives

  • Practical limitations around time, budget or internal resources

We won’t recommend more simply to sell more.

A digital solution only makes sense in the context of the business it is supposed to support.

Without that understanding, it is easy to recommend more content, another platform or a new website when the real problem may sit somewhere else entirely.

02 — REVIEW

See the digital presence as your customer sees it.

We review the relevant places where potential customers may encounter, research or contact your business — rather than assessing each platform in isolation.

That could mean moving from a Google search to your website, from a social post to a service page, or from a business profile to an enquiry form.

We look at whether those touchpoints support one another and make the business easy to understand and act on.

Depending on the business, we may review:

Website and Landing pages

Calls to action and enquiry routes

Google Business Profile and search presence

Customer journeys between digital touchpoints

Relevant social profiles and content

Available analytics and performance informations

Messaging and consistency across platforms

Missing, outdated or incomplete parts of the digital presence

What are we looking for?

We are looking for gaps, inconsistencies and points of friction that may make it harder for the right customer to find the business, understand what it offers, trust what they see or take the next step.

Just as importantly, we identify what is already working so we do not recommend changing something without a good reason.

03 — PRIORITISE

Focus on what matters first.

The outcome should be a clearer view of what needs attention now, what can come next and what does not need changing.

A review may uncover several opportunities, gaps or inconsistencies. Trying to fix everything at once can create unnecessary cost, activity and complexity.

ClariFound turns the findings into clear priorities, considering what is most relevant to the business objectives, the customer journey and the resources available.

Priority funnel showing customer impact, business relevance and practical resources leading to priority actions.

04 — IMPROVE

Make purposeful changes.

Once the priorities are clear, the next step is to make the agreed improvements.

The work will depend on what the review has uncovered. For one business that might mean clarifying website messaging or enquiry routes. For another, it could mean strengthening a Google presence, improving social profiles, creating a clearer content plan or connecting digital touchpoints that currently feel disconnected.

Before and after digital presence showing purposeful changes to messaging, website, Google, social media and enquiry routes.
Improve what matters — not everything that could be changed.

We work from the priorities already identified, rather than introducing additional activity simply because more could be done.

The aim is to make practical improvements that support the business objective, then see what those changes tell us.

Once changes are in place, the work does not stop at “done.”

ClariFound looks at the signals that are relevant to the objective — such as website visits, enquiries, bookings, lead sources, Google activity, content performance or other meaningful customer actions where the data is available.

The aim is to understand what the evidence is telling us and use that to guide the next decision.

Measurement is useful when it changes what you do.

Not every result can be attributed neatly to one action, and not every platform provides perfect data.

Where there are limitations, ClariFound will be clear about them rather than overstating what the numbers prove.

05 — MEASURE & REFINE

Continuous improvement cycle: measure, interpret, decide, refine and measure again.

WHAT WORKING WITH CLARIFOUND LOOKS LIKE

Clear thinking. Clear communication. Clear next steps.

You should understand what we are doing, why we are doing it and what happens next.

ClariFound aims to keep the process practical and transparent — without unnecessary jargon, activity or complexity.

ClariFound working principles covering clear communication, priorities, client control and evidence with context.

HONEST EXPECTATIONS

Clear about what the work can — and cannot — prove..

Digital performance is influenced by more than one factor.

Your offer, pricing, reputation, customer demand, competition, response time, market conditions and platform behaviour can all affect what happens after a digital change is made.

ClariFound will measure what we reasonably can, but we will not present correlation as certainty or claim that one activity caused an outcome unless the evidence genuinely supports that conclusion.

Comparison of measurable evidence and external factors used to support better digital decisions.
